Business Analyst / Product Specialist for E-government Applications with Technical Expertise (Copenhagen)

We are looking for an inspired professional who will be part of a highly skilled team responsible for designing, implementing and supporting solutions based on Intrasoft’s internationally acclaimed solutions for large projects in the public sector. In the role of Business Analyst / Product Specialist:

You will…

  • Lead the workshops with the customer for gathering business requirements and undertaking fit/gap analysis
  • Be responsible for important project deliverables including key project documents
  • Map user requirements to system capabilities
  • Participate in the implementation, configuration, parameterization, and customization of standard software modules
  • Coordinate with developers regarding software customizations
  • Perform Unit & Integration Tests of software customizations & custom development
  • Lead the  UAT and support activities and act as a point of contact for the customer’s users
  • Act as liaison with customer stakeholder and communicate issues raised by the customer to the respective product development teams.

You have…

  • Degree in Computer Science or relative discipline
  • Experience in Analysis and Design of information systems
  • Experience with Business Process Model and Notation 
  • Experience with Business Rules Management System  
  • Experience in UAT
  • Experience in SW development and Oracle Relational Databases
  • Fluency in English language

  • Experience in Public Sector business domain
