As Capgemini is expanding their Cloud Strategy and Transformation Advisory Team, Twins Recruitment is looking for an Operating Model Advisor, on their behalf.

Job Summary

The focus of the role is to help Capgemini’s clients to understand the impact of Cloud-enabled digital transformation within their organization, to advise them on the impact on their IT Operating Model when developing their new Cloud-enabled business models and capabilities, assist them understanding the capabilities and competences needed to thrive in a Cloud-enabled reality.

Your role

You will help clients define and move to their new/revised IT Operating Model including securing good, transparent communication to the client organization and to facilitate a smooth implementation with optimal organizational acceptance.

You will be delivering advise on and assistance in implementing new IT Operating Models using your skills in strategy development, business analysis, agile delivery, business process, organizational design as well as a sound understanding of and experience with change management.

  • As a Senior Consultant: Design and lead projects / multiple streams taking ownership for elements of the proposition.
  • Lead a stream of work and produce high quality deliverables, providing key input to shape the strategic direction and support the design of client’s future IT Operating Model, capability needs etc.
  • As a Managing Consultant: You’ll have a desire to contribute to the growth and success of a top-tier Cloud Strategy & Transformation Advisory practice.
  • In delivery and leadership, you’ll be responsible for sales and you will be responsible for leading OP model transformation advisory and participate with the broader Capgemini and the client in the implementation of their new OP model.

Your profile

  • Experience working as a Business / IT / Cloud Consultant in a consulting environment
  • Can articulate the challenges in moving to the public cloud in an easy-to-understand manner and the pitfalls from an organizational and capability perspective.
  • Cloud operating model, Cloud transformation design, CxO Cloud coaching in terms of areas of focus when it comes to organizational impact.
  • Ability to articulate how Cloud can be a critical enabler for Client’s business strategy and be the bridge between business strategy and Cloud based execution to deliver upon the strategy.
