Experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager (Freelance/KBH)

Role Definition

We require a highly execution-driven Project Manager to take full delivery ownership of a critical IT infrastructure stream within a large, complex IT program. The role demands strong personal authority, disciplined control, and a proven ability to drive progress in established governance structures with minimal supervision.

Core Accountability

• Full end-to-end accountability for delivery, results, and outcomes within the assigned stream
• Absolute ownership of plan, execution, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions
• Relentless focus on progress, decisions, and closure under fixed deadlines
• Clear, fact-based reporting and senior-level escalation when delivery is at risk
• Hands-on production of plans, documentation, coordination artifacts, and follow-ups

Required Profile

• Senior Project Manager with documented success delivering within large-scale IT infrastructure projects
• Deep practical mastery of project control disciplines; not theory-driven
• Experienced operating inside strict program governance and steering models
• Comfortable driving delivery in complex, global, enterprise environments
• Strong IT and infrastructure understanding enabling direct engagement with senior specialists

• Strong execution mindset; delivery comes before optics
• Structured, disciplined, and pragmatic; maintains control even under pressure
• Willing and able to do hands-on administrative and coordination work personally
• Respected partner to senior IT specialists; assertive without being theoretical

Language & Location

• Fluent in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian. English proficiency (verbally and in writing).
• On-site presence in Copenhagen several days per week is mandatory

Duration/Start

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Full-time until year-end, with reduced allocation in November–December 2026
