Program Manager / TSA lead for infrastructure (Freelance / Remote / Malmø)

For a client in Malmø we are looking for a Senior Infrastructure/Cloud Manager – TSA lead for infrastructure.

Job Description and responsibilities

• Extensive experience in running large programs, to split companies, integrate them or likewise transformations
• Have a deep expertise in cloud, infrastructure, knows what good looks like. Understands latest technology and transformation journeys
• Extensive experience in managing complex environment with demanding stakeholders while supporting the team with right priorities and right workload
• Has technology depth, understands all areas in technology and future tech and how to connect it to business value
• Being able to explain complexity in a simple manner to non IT people
• Being able to be at exec level but don’t mind easier tasks, 1o1 coaching or directing, chasing people etc.
• Leadership experience, adept at motivating a team through change. Hands on managerial leadership, coaching of leaders and individuals at all levels
• Experience in regulated environment
• Self-reliant, takes a task and solves problems, convinces stakeholders, collaborative
• Communicative & connected, being able to sell IT but also communicating through change. Extensive ppt knowledge is a plus
• Structured, financially savvy
• Delivery focused – go the extra mile

Language

Understand Swedish or other Scandinavian languages

Allocation

Full time

Start: ASAP

End: March 31st – with option for prolonging

Location: 2-3 days a week in Malmø, otherwise remote
