Twins Consulting is looking for a freelance Contract Manager for exciting assignment in Greater Copenhagen.

As contract manager you are responsible for managing the entire life cycle of a contract, from the initial negotiation and drafting stages to the ongoing monitoring and compliance phases. Your primary goal is to ensure that all parties involved in a contract are meeting their obligations and that the contract is being executed in accordance with its terms and conditions.

Some specific responsibilities may include:

Negotiating and drafting contracts: The contract manager works with the relevant stakeholders to draft contracts that clearly define the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Reviewing contracts: The contract manager will review contracts to ensure that they are legally binding, accurate, and complete.
Ensuring compliance: The contract manager is responsible for monitoring all parties to the contract to ensure that they are fulfilling their obligations.
Managing relationships: The contract manager works with stakeholders to manage relationships and resolve any disputes that arise during the contract period.
Identifying opportunities: The contract manager identifies new opportunities for business development and expansion through existing or new contracts.
