HR Consultant (Freelance / Remote)

For a client in offshore wind we are looking for a freelance HR Consultant.

You will be part of an international team, primarily driving an ongoing transformation project.

Tasks & responsibilites

  • Support local HR Operations Manager, HR community and business leaders in HR & IT transformational activities
  • Support group wide processes and HRIS project where country specific competence is needed
  • Participate in workshops, documentation reviews and testing of the new HRIS project as product owner
  • Support and provide relevant inputs related to HR change communication and training activities in collaboration with Local Change Agent
  • Acting as influencer and change ambassador
  • Proofread in Danish is expected from time to time
  • Support data maintenance analyses and design activities with validating HR related data requirements
  • Support in execution of definition of the retention rule
  • Support with implementation Payroll and Time in alignment with the know-how HR processes
  • Support continuous improvement on the cooperation between outsourced payroll provider and a potential future new time provider, ensuring best SLA agreements with the local (existing or new providers), based on the best local practices and legal requirements, in particular GDPR
  • Support of other projects:
    • HR Guide – ensure timely implementation of harmonized Intranet structure, incl. up-to-date content
    • HR Reporting – to set the requirements and align the data sources for HR Analytics
    • HR Reimbursement – to review the requirements and receive support in testing and communication
    • Recruitment – attend certain workshops during the design phase and/or participate in testing
    • MDM (Master Data Management) – to review the requirements and support the MDM project

Education

  • Academic degree within relevant area or equivalent qualifications in HR

Required experience / expertise

  • 5+ years of relevant working experience, ideally in a similar professional role
  • Excellent and in depth knowledge of HR policies, processes and systems, esp. in the areas of payroll and time
  • Business fluency in English
  • Mother-tongue-standard Danish
