Project manager (Freelance / Greater Copenhagen)

For a client in Greater Copenhagen we are looking for a freelance Project Manager.

Project description

Analysis of the gaps in terms of network and connections to different measuring devices in laboratory’s, create a network template that is rolled out to the different sites and network upgrade based on new template – both hardware (switches and routers) and software / configurations. Focus on stakeholder management due to joining of two companies – challenging stakeholder landscape with external program manager and key people from both companies.
Traditional project management, not running agile.
