For a client in Greater Copenhagen we are looking for a Scrum Master in SAFe.

Perform the role of the Scrum Master in SAFe
Facilitate Iteration Planning and effective Iteration execution
- Facilitate event
- Help team balance stories and capacity
- Ensure iteration goals are achievable
- Challenge link between stories and iteration goals
- Ensure everybody commits to goals or act on low confidence vote
Support effective Program Increment execution
- Facilitate event
- Support Product Owner with team backlog refinement
- Help to identify dependencies between teams
- Raise risks and concerns
Demo & Retrospective
- Facilitate event
- Ensure team identifies most important collaboration issues
- Identify action owners of process improvements
- Follow up on actions and inform team about progress after event
Daily Stand Up
- Facilitate event
- Track that stories are steadily closed throughout iteration
- Address issues with team if stories are not closed continuously
- Track team velocity based on output
- Help solve impediments
Previous experience with GxP solutions and services an advantage
The ability to look for new and improved ways of working (governance)
