Twins are looking for an experienced consultant Solution Architect to support Claims architecture work related to our clients integration.
The assignment focuses on investigations, architectural analysis and solution design needed to integrate claims-related capabilities into the client’s architecture landscape.
This is a role for a senior architect who can quickly understand a complex insurance landscape, structure unclear questions, work with several stakeholder groups and document practical architectural recommendations. The consultant will support delivery needs while helping ensure that decisions remain aligned with long-term Claims architecture direction.
About the role
Claims is a business-critical area. Integration work requires architectural clarity across claims systems, frontliner tools, digital channels, core insurance capabilities, data and integration platforms.
The consultant will help analyze options, identify dependencies, clarify architectural consequences, and support design decisions related to the integration. The assignment may involve both current-state discovery and future-state solution design.
Key responsibilities
• Support integration related claims investigations and solution design.
• Map and clarify claims-related capabilities, dependencies, and integration points.
• Assess architectural fit between capabilities and Nordic claims architecture.
• Prepare solution options, recommendations, and decision material for relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with Claims, Frontliner, Digital, Core, data and integration stakeholders.
• Identify risks, architectural constraints, and areas where short-term delivery choices may affect long-term direction.
Who are you?
We are looking for a senior consultant who can work independently, communicate clearly and create structure in complex integration topics. The person should be able to move between detailed solution questions and broader landscape-level architectural reasoning.
The consultant should be comfortable working in a Nordic environment with several teams, stakeholders and architectural viewpoints. Strong facilitation and documentation skills are important, because the assignment will likely require clarifying options and helping stakeholders understand trade-offs.
We believe you have
• Experience from insurance and claims processes
• Strong experience as a Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with system integration, APIs, event-driven architecture or distributed systems.
• Ability to analyze existing application landscapes and identify dependencies and architectural consequences.
• Ability to translate business and process needs into practical solution design options.
• Experience working with several stakeholder groups across business and IT.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Structured documentation style and ability to prepare decision material.
It is an advantage if you also have
• Experience from financial services or claims processes.
• Experience from merger, acquisition or large integration programs.
• Experience with core insurance systems, claims systems or frontliner tooling.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Microsoft technology stacks or Azure.
• Experience working in Nordic or multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish is helpful but not required.
