Senior Network Architects - Security (Aeven / Søborg)

We are looking for experienced Network Architects to join our network services architect team in Søborg.

Do you have passion for delivering network solutions to your clients? Would you like to influence the short- and long-term design of a business-critical client network infrastructure solutions?

Your responsibilities as a Senior Network Architect

You will play the key, strategic role, acting as a link between our network services team, our customer, our delivery organization, and external business partners.

As a Senior Network Architect, you will be attending many client meetings, and it will be your responsibility to recognize and understand customer’s commercial needs, and in cooperation with the Aeven specialists, offer stable network solutions meeting the expected quality.

You will:

• Act as trusted advisor and Network Architect for customers’ projects;
• Have end-to-end responsibility for network architecture provided to customer;
• Participate in network projects as a lead engineer and implementor;
• Evaluate our solutions’ change requests and use them in a more tactical and strategic context

Your qualifications

You have a strong technical background in network infrastructure, and you can cover most of the technical domain within.

You have:

• Relevant and adequate working experience and education;
• Fluent Danish and English, both written and spoken;
• Experience in understanding of designing secure IT solutions;
• Experience with technical project management;
• Professional approach and extensive experience within network solution design;
• Deep knowledge of several of the below technologies:
  • SGT (Security Group Tags);
  • Zero-trust technologies like ZTNA, Zscaler, Cisco NDR, Microsegmentation etc
  • Cisco Firewalls (ASA, Firepower)
  • Palo Alto suite
  • Multi-VRF eVPN;
  • Cisco ACI;
  • Load balancer: AVI – NetScaler – F5;
  • NXOS, CatOS and Cisco IOS System Software;
  • MPLS, WAN;
  • OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, IS-IS;

It will work to your advantage if you have experience with IT outsourcing, from a customer or supplier perspective, where you gained knowledge of different aspects of transition.

You can manage complex communication and negotiations from different perspectives and interests. Regardless of your background, the right drive and passion for creating strong relationships to our stakeholders is what we are looking for.

You will be supported by a broad range of Aeven specialists, so you will gain knowledge of technologies that you are less familiar with. You must be able to adopt new technologies to benefit our customers immediately.

This position requires partly physical presence in Søborg, partly physical presence at the customer and also ability to work from home every now and then.
