About the position

As an Account Manager we offer you a unique opportunity to build and contribute to Consafe Logistics strategic partnerships, working with future development of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) giving our customers a great deal of value through the combination of software, hardware, and logistics expertise.

Consafe Logistics is an international front-runner in the discipline of WMS, proud to have developed our own unique product, have a company size big enough to have strong muscles to take on big client and R&D projects but still intimate enough to be able to act fast when needed.

Your key responsibilities

In this position you are Consafe Logistics´ contact and partner for existing customers in different businesses in order to find and identify, develop and close new opportunities within the existing Consafe Logistics customer base. By proactively working with and gaining knowledge about your customers’ supply chain processes and systems, you build and maintain business relationships on operational and tactical level.
The role involves collaboration with a team of colleagues, including application consultants, solution designers and developers. Your role in the team is to develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans, to ensure profitability and good customer relations. You have sales targets for several customers and are responsible for both negotiation and contractual procedures.

Your profile

As an Account Manager you have a good knowledge of business acumen and experience from selling software solutions. Basic knowledge within logistics is an advantage.

  • You have experience and a proven sales track record and developing commercial agreements.
  • You know what is required to achieve successful agreements and long-term business relationships.
  • You are a person with strong communication skills who has highly developed commercial drive and personality.
  • You proactively challenge and take initiatives and have the passion that is required to create the conditions for growth and profitability.
  • You speak and write fluent Danish and English, as communication and documentation takes place in both languages.

An academic degree is a strong advantage. The role includes national and international business trips, 4-5 days per month.

Consafe Logistics offers

Flexible working hours, Friday breakfast at the office, and various social activities. An international environment with possibilities to travel and work in cross-country projects.

The Consafe Logistics Group consists of 400 employees and support their global clients from the subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Holland and Poland. HQ is in Lund in Sweden. You will be located at the office in Skovlunde in Denmark, but travel can be required at times as you will work with colleagues in several countries.
