IT Compliance Associate (Orifarm / Odense)

We are currently looking for an IT compliance associate to assist the IT management team with various compliance tasks. If you join Orifarm, you will be a part of an exciting journey in the healthcare industry.

About the job

As IT compliance associate, you will be given various IT compliance tasks, mostly with the purpose for compliance with GxP, but also GDPR and other internal rules and requirements. The job involves a broad collaboration across the organization e.g. with our IT colleagues, QA IT, Legal as well as other internal and external stakeholders.

Your tasks will include

• Internal controls
• Maintenance of IT QMS (SOP’s and policies)
• Training of IT employees and external consultants e.g. awareness training and SOP training
• Creating and maintaining documentation as well as maintaining system descriptions
• Maintaining system descriptions
• Assistance during audits and inspections
• Handling deviations and trending of deviations
• Validation work

About you

You may have a relevant education within IT compliance. Experience with GxP, GDPR and similar job is an advantage but not a must.

Besides this, you must have a detailed and structured approach. Skills and mindset for good documentation practice is important, and you must be fluent in English and Danish.

Who are we?

The IT governance team is a new team within the IT department. We are responsible for several cross-functional tasks as IT compliance, IT change management, IT contract/vendor management etc. We have a close collaboration with our IT colleagues, but also across the Orifarm organization and with external consultants. We are a dedicated team that currently consists of two employees.
