And do you have experience in SAP related solutions and with competences to support ALK’s Competence Training Platform and quality programs?

Your role as LearnIT System Manager

We are looking for a team member for our Business Applications Support (BAS) department, in the Global Support PS&CO applications team to support ALK’s training platform (LearnIT) running in SAP and servicing many GXP and non-GXP organizational areas. It is a global platform used across ALK sites in EU and US.

As system manager, ensuring that the platform is maintained in optimal status is part of your responsibilities. Also, tasks as support and optimization initiatives and programs, including coordination with the different training coordinators across the organization are shared in the group of system managers. We optimize and support our Learning Platform globally.

This position requires the ability to develop good working relationships with Training Coordinators across ALK sites. Experience supporting Learning Systems and knowledge of SAP LSO / HR modules are very beneficial. Also experience working in regulated/GMP or Pharma environments is relevant and being able to perform in a dynamic workspace, integrating implementation projects or roll outs when they are activated.

This means that you:

  • Support ALK business by maintaining and managing its learning platform.
  • Support ALK LearnIT by participating in enhancement and roll out projects.
  • Identify and implement global business process enhancements in collaboration with Global QC department and SAP teams.
  • Coordinate, assign and support the tickets backlog.
  • Participate in relevant audits/inspections.

You will be part of a very dynamic department with highly skilled colleagues from several countries. We are evolving rapidly and are in very close contact with many different areas of the organization in all ALK sites. The team is in Hørsholm, Denmark and Madrid, Spain, the position is in Hørsholm, Denmark.

If you have a background as system manager, supporting QC related applications, super user, or SME in SAP related platforms, and find that being responsible for support a training platform in a multinational company is an appealing challenge, you might be the one we are looking for.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • +3 years’ experience in system support.
  • Experience in implementation projects, preferably related to SAP or QC
  • Experience with GxP and Pharma industry will be preferred.
  • Have experience with implementation and validation of IT systems.
  • Process or SME knowledge of SAP LSO or training platforms.
  • You are proactive, service minded and team player.
  • You have good stakeholder management skills.
  • Speak and write English professionally.
