Software Developer (Consafe Logistics / Skovlunde)

The role

Consafe Logistics is looking for a Software Developer for our office in Denmark. In the role as Software Developer you will be part of an exciting journey with an expansive company working with a software product used by some of the most supply chain intensive companies in the world.

You will join our teams in Denmark, working with customization and new development of our Warehouse Management System; AstroWMS®.

You will be part of a team of highly skilled resources and work close and collaborate with application consultants, project managers and other software developers to implement innovative logistical solutions.

Your profile

As Software Developer you are an important part of the technical delivery, both internally and towards customers. You also have a technical responsibility for the customer’s solution. You will be responsible for ensuring that the software solutions maintain high quality in terms of functionality, stability, performance, and maintenance. We believe in long-term relationships, and you will work close to our customers to secure continuous improvements of their solutions.

As a person, you are meticulous, flexible, receptive, creative and solution oriented. You also display commercial acumen in your actions.

Needed skills:

• C, C++, Net or C# (meritorious)
• Working with databases (SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL) in a business-critical environment (meritorious)
• Good written and oral knowledge in Danish and English is mandatory
• 3 -5 years of experience with warehouse logistics in WMS/WCS, automation equipment or ERP systems is an advantage
• Experience of modern version management systems, and case management systems is an advantage

You will be located at the office in Skovlunde or Vejle, Denmark. Consafe are open to hire on other locations too. As part of an international team, you will work closely together with customers and colleagues in Denmark and around the world. Travel is therefore a natural part of the job when circumstances allow for it.
